• • Pricing Strategy: there is limited public information on the actual sale price of properties, which makes pricing real estate in Portugal difficult. We work closely with you to provide a research-backed pricing recommendation before bringing your home to market. We will not inflate the perceived value of your home in order to win your business.  
  • Home Staging Advisory: Living in a home is quite different from preparing a property for sale. We provide guidance and support to help you highlight the unique advantages of your home to potential buyers.

Background

How is started: 

Let’s be honest. Our experience buying real estate in Portugal before starting Clark Baldwin was disappointing. We started our search on Idealista because it seemed to have the most available inventory. After a few calls with agents, we quickly realized that most properties were used as bait to lure unsuspecting buyers into low-quality agency networks that didn’t have inventory. Agents were typically unavailable, uninformed, and incapable. We were so discouraged that we nearly stopped our search.

How it’s going: 

Our primary goal at Clark Baldwin Properties is to set a new standard for real estate agencies in Portugal. We maintain high integrity, a deep love for Portugal, and an ambitious vision for the future of Portugal’s luxury real estate market. As local homeowners and members of the community, we leverage market knowledge, strong relationships, and honest negotiation to power our business.
